I shop here regularly and I will never shop here again. I bought a hat a few days ago not even a week ago and I wore it for 3 hours tops and by then the stiching was already coming undone with in hours of purchase . I didn’t return it the next day or the day of because it was closed and the day after I was busy and I finally had time today so I go to ask for an exchange and they told me I couldn’t exchange it because I wore it already. I walked in needing absolutely nothing. Thirty minutes later I was considering buying cowboy boots, a hat, a belt, and possibly a ranch. The boots were so shiny I could see my reflection and my future in them. I put on one pair and immediately felt qualified to herd cattle despite having zero experience. The hats were dangerous.
