Have purchased a couple of pairs of work boots over the years here. Recently I had a pair that was 10 days old the sole begin to separate slightly. Spoke to Heather on phone, in 30min by the time I got there the new pair was at the register and they replaced them without hesitation. Excellent customer service!
I have been to this location twice & would love to continue to shop here. However, there is an employee that, both times, has made me feel less than welcomed. I'm not quite sure of her name, but the last time I was in the store, buying boots for my brother as a gift, she did the same as on my 1st visit. On my 1st visit, to purchase a hat & belt buckle, she offered to "hang on to it" even tho i was less than 2 feet from the selection of buckles & the registers. Love the items hate the fact that skin color matters, following and constantly asking if we need help maybe place a bell or something to be notified we aren’t all criminals
I love this store and it has kids clothes , I just wish it had more boy clothes than little girls clothes but overall great staff and lots to look at!! great prices !
