I was in town for a getaway trip, and, while I was at it, was aiming to go to the Neon Moon Country Dance Party in Ventura. But I needed a cowboy hat to top off my look. So, I got a nice black Justin felt hat. Laura and Karen were great with the purchase, and Aurelio did an amazing job shaping the hat. And I had a great time at the dance party!! Hats off (no pun intended) to Boot Barn, Oxnard!!

After being disrespected by the staff because I had 600 dollars of clothing and boots that they thought I was stealing. Having my boots snatched from my hands after being surrounded not a pleasent day for a combat veteran. The staff and management proceeded to makes jokes and further insults by upper management saying that they would call but they never did. This was my first time shopping at Boot Barn to buy my first pair of boots, and unfortunately it was a really disappointing experience. The only pair I liked in my size was also the last pair they had, but they were noticeably scuffed and damaged. I asked an employee if leather conditioner would fix the marks, and she honestly told me she wasn’t sure because some of the scuffs looked pretty deep.
