Love Boot Barn! Great selection of Carhartt and other brands. Wish they sold more Ariat clothes in store locations. Overwhelming selection of boots and work boots for any person. Staff in Simi Valley and Thousand Oaks are great. Great rewards program for valued and dedicated customers. Stores are well organized and merchandised with something for everyone. Website isn’t nicely presented with ease of use and clarity, (and some great photos).
I had a very disappointing experience with the store manager during my recent visit. Unfortunately, the level of professionalism and customer service was far below what I expected. The manager was noticeably rude not only to customers but also to her own employees. Instead of being helpful or supportive, she appeared dismissive and unwilling to assist when questions or issues arose. Friendly staff and very helpful.
For the most part picking up an order I made online was nice and easy, the only thing I can maybe speak up about is just that it felt a little unwelcoming coming in. I’d assume everyone was just tired after the holidays Overall always enjoyed my experiences here
