Friendly staff and very helpful.
For the most part picking up an order I made online was nice and easy, the only thing I can maybe speak up about is just that it felt a little unwelcoming coming in. I’d assume everyone was just tired after the holidays Overall always enjoyed my experiences here
On Saturday 12/27/25, I went to Boot Barn in Oxnard. I asked a older lady that works there that was wearing a baby blue long sleeve and light blue jeans if they had a particular sweater. I am not sure if her name is Nett or that was just her walkie-talkies name, but she looked at the sweater on the mannequin and than quickly looked around. She said that they were all gone.
