Just don't go! Terrible experience and customer service! Extremely overpriced! Maybe go there to try on some boots. But then look them up on AMAZON!!! Almost 1/2 the price! Oh, and they have a very unrealistic return policy. If you walk out the door, you'll never get a refund. I was once a loyal customer. NEVER AGAIN will you see $1 of my money.
The staff was so helpful friendly and knowledgeable about all their boots and products! I love them and absolutely love my boots
Really bad communication skills. Did a special order got told 3 to 5 weeks did hear from them by the 5th week so I called and got told special orders take 5 months. So 5 months later again I didn't hear from them so I call again and they had no boots and got told I will call you back to let you know what's going on with your boots. Never got a call back. My 3rd time calling them got put on hold for 30 minutes and I finally hung up and called again for the 4th time and got more BS and no refund. I have to get a pair of boots ... read more
