Please schedule more people, Understaffed, Long wait times in line. Haylee was still nice but you could tell she was stressed… I felt bad. She was still very kind. Don’t know what’s happening there. Lots of familiar faces My husband and I don’t see anymore. Hopefully we will see Doug during our next visit.
Apparently taller women don't exist in the Carson Valley area as all this store carries is length 32 in Miss Me's...effectively making it look like I hit yet another growth spurt. Won't be shopping here any longer...
This visit happened to be on a sad occasion but the staff was so kind and helpful and patient with me as I purchased and had shaped the last hat, jeans, and belt for a cowboy being laid to rest. The staff took their time to help me make sure everything was just right. It is one thing to sell stuff it is another thing to honor and respect others, and today the team working the morning rush really did that.
Great place to buy work gear.
