Today I was in here shopping, most of the employees were amazing and extremely welcoming. Besides an older gentleman i believe his name is doug, I was in there today in the dressing room when I overheard him yell and insult another employee, That same employee did not raise her voice once while speaking to him, I have an interaction with her before hand. She was so sweet & kind, very helpful with wedding shopping i fully recommend seeing takara if you drop by.
Leah was very helpful finding a few pair of boots that were comfortable, and then we found THE PERFECT ONES!! Thank you!
Went in looking for an extra long shoe horn. The gal took me to them, I picked one, went to the register, paid, and was out of there in less than five minutes. Perfect!
Today on Sunday, October 5th some employees were laughing at person who asked how many points they had. These 3 cashiers should be educated.
