Visited this boot barn location today…Racial profiling at its finest. Cashier grabbed the boot when I went to touch them as I was considering purchasing or holding. I guess she thought I was going to run out the store with them. Then you can’t shop on peace, for the other employee watching you as shop. That you both for helping me save and keep my money. I will no longer give my money to this company in exchange for this type of experience.
My mother bought some boots from them about a week ago and left them there to get stretched. They said they would notify her when they are ready. She did not hear from them for about a week, so she decided to go in the store. Come to find out her boots that were already purchased were sold to someone else. All they would do is give 20% off and my mother doesn’t have her boots for her event.
Everyone there is very helpful.
