For the month of March, I visited this store multiple times, so I feel it’s fair to share my experience. Unfortunately, my visits were very disappointing. Last Saturday, I needed access to a fitting room. I was clearly waiting while the manager — a tall white woman — was standing nearby talking with her staff. She made eye contact with me but never approached me or asked anyone to assist me. It felt very dismissive and unprofessional.
