I hate to leave this review since boot barn is one of my favorite western stores, my husband gave me some beautiful cowboy boots only in the shyanne brand I am half a size smaller, I used these boots but when I put them on I realized they didn’t fit me, I went to exchange them for smaller ones but the girls at the counter said they would have to speak to the manager first so I waited 2 days and when I went to pick up my boots the manager left a note in the boot box saying I couldn’t exchange them.
