I consider myself a very good Boot Barn customer. I spent a total of $5,000 USD in one month across five different locations: Albuquerque, NM; Harrisonburg, VA; Eau Claire, WI; Winston, VT; and here in Finley, MN. This Finley store is the worst I've ever visited in terms of service. The girl seemed disturbed when I asked for help, she dragged her feet, and to top it off, once I'd paid for my items, she just grabbed them and threw them in the bottom of my bag without even bothering to fold them. I interacted with multiple employees here because and they were all super, super kind. Will be going here from now on because of it!
When I go to spend over 200 on work boots I expect someone to help me find a pair that fit. Not just set me loose in a disorganized rack and just let me dig. No rhyme or reason to the styles sizes or brands, asked the manager for help he told some young kid to help me and he just showed me a rack and walked off.
