Huge Thank you to the awesome folks working at the Kingman AZ Boot Barn! I called today to buy a pair of baby boots for my daughters gender reveal. I am in VT she is in AZ. I explained the situation, they told me they we unable to take the order over the phone but I could do a pick up order for her online, and they would make sure it was packed up so she wouldn’t see. Very disappointed with this Boot Barn. I have been shopping there for many years and the previous manager Shelly was a sweetheart and so is the new manager Michelle, but some of the staff has an issue. Despite a very clear email message from Corral Boots, quoted below, Selina refused to do the job Corral was asking for. Not one word of "I'm sorry" or so.
