I had such a bad experience at C-A-L Ranch but when I walked into Boot barn I was greeted, while I made my purchase the cashiers and staff were extremely professional and friendly and even though I wasn’t wearing my western attire they treated me very well. I am very blown away by their courtesy and highly recommend my Rodeo buddies and everyone else to experience their awesomeness thank you to the best customer oriented staff there…
They are always amazing and helpful. Had me in and out in minutes and had a great personal conversation. You don’t get this level of customer service often anymore.
