Came there for them to reshape my hat and although their customer service was amazing the lady used too much heat on my hat and I had to completely replace the hat band and she stated it was so old that the leather did that because of the heat when I even told her how old the had was and they wound pay the fee for fixing it because they stated I had left the store before it happened…
