Won’t go to a boot barn again. Walked in and all of the staff were standing by the front counter. Couldn’t get help at all toward the back of the store because everyone was up front talking to each other. Found a pair I wanted and walked up to get someone to see if they had other sizes. Had to ask the gal 3 times to verify that they were the only sizes, then she recommended I get a size up. Now my big toe is bleeding and I have 175 dollar boots that are too big for me, thanks!
The girls didn't want to help. They were helping people that were buying hats.
I love my boots! The staff was great! Kind of pricey tho. And not a good selection of women's belts.
