I love my boots! The staff was great! Kind of pricey tho. And not a good selection of women's belts.

It is every cowboy's and cowgirl's (even the fake one's) dream western outfit shop. Prices are OK, and the choice is endless, and staff will assist with a smile. Hey, and they ship internationally! Yee-haw!
Been a Boot Barn shopper for quite some time, and have been in many locations from NJ to MT and every state in between them, but the Bozeman location takes the cake for being the most inconsistent with customer service. Majority of the time, it's crap. Went in today, to bring my Mom who is visiting and has never been in a Boot Barn, shopping.
