I ordered a shirt through boot barn, which did not fit so I went to the boot barn in Bozeman to do an exchange. That went fine no issues. My only criticism is, they do not have clothes for the real Western rider. They had very few shirts to choose from by cinch or wranglers that were appropriate for showing. most of their clothes is for going out, although I wouldn't go out in most of it.

I was served by Alex a young man who speak french,can you imagine here in Bozeman Montana being served in French ...i'm speachless,so by the way if Alex read this message before Wednesday night,i would like if he can texte me on my phone i have something to ask him before going back to Canada Thursday .great expérience at your store

We had a great experience today! Cindy greeted us at the door and helped both myself and my husband pick out our first pair of boots, we also came away with some extra items that Cindy suggested to us. All staff were very sweet and after explaining we were on our honeymoon from England, they had lot of lovely questions and advice for us. Would 100% shop here again.
