Great customer service
I had my wife's old boots stretched on the same day I bought her a new pair. The worker make an error and stretched 1 boot too much, popping the side seam. That stinks, but this is happening. They made it right by offering to replace the boots with ones very similar. I have bought many things from here, and love all of them!!
Selection for size 12 work boots abysmal. So I order online then they cancel order and say unavailable. 🤡 's
