Only went in for a pair of replacement boot laces, but I walked in and was immediately helped in finding the boot laces and then immediately was able to find what I needed at a good price. The store in in a good, convenient, easy to find location and I will go back next time I buy boots or have boot related needs!
Rachel, at Boot Barn in Missoula went above and beyond for us. We dropped my daughter’s hat off to be stretched but we live out of town so couldn’t pick it up for a few days. Rachel also lives out of town so offered to drop it off on her way home the next day. Obviously this service isn’t normally offered so for her to go out of her way was very sweet and refreshing. Thank you, Rachel!!
