I love the Boot Barn. They have the best selection of boots work wear, and western wear I've ever seen for a store that's not online. I do manual labor for a living, and I have to try on boots, because let's face it, when you order online you never know what you're getting or if they will even fit until they arrive. Then it takes longer to send them back then it does to get them. I'm not even two minutes outside of their store and needed to do my review ASAP. I'm not going to say this store isn't "inclusive" to its customers but it sure gave the "I'm not welcoming you to shop here" vibe. I walked in a male employee ( wearing a black cowboy hat) didn't even acknowledge me entering the store. Looked at me and turned his head.
