Great prices, clean store, and friendly staff!!! The staff went above and beyond on my visit tonight. Love my beautiful blue boots!!
I'm not even two minutes outside of their store and needed to do my review ASAP. I'm not going to say this store isn't "inclusive" to its customers but it sure gave the "I'm not welcoming you to shop here" vibe. I walked in a male employee ( wearing a black cowboy hat) didn't even acknowledge me entering the store. Looked at me and turned his head. Ok, that's fine, but about 5 minutes of me walking around still without any "can I help you", a Caucasian male walks in and he immediately "lights" up to "be of assistance" to him... read more
Disappointed i felt this places was very kinda sexist as they had NO work boots for women .. at least the customer service was good
They won’t price match but every other boot barn will. Unfortunately this was the only store that carried my size. I met every condition based of terms per the website.
