I went in today to try and find a pair of Ariat BOA boots to try on in person. Carl immediately warmly greeted my wife and I upon entry! He was appropriately professionally dressed and was incredibly helpful! I have been looking at finding a pair of boots, but have not received any help at other retailers where Carl came up with solutions and suggestions that all were legit and showed positive direction towards the end goal.
