Victoria helped me and my fiancé with shaping 2 hats she noticed the stamp on the hat my fiancé was getting was not even and was all sorts of messed up, she was patient and fixed the issue on his hat, she was very patient when it came to my hat I changed it completely. 10/10 service and will recommend it to my friends.
