Needed a new pair of boots today and Jesse did a wonderful job helping me every step of the way! He was the first to greet me and offer help, if needed. He brought out comfy socks for trying out boots, shared his input without and personal experience with the boots, and helped me box them up after I found the perfect pair. The check out process was speedy and shared info for breaking in my boots and caring for them. Great kid with a customer-first work ethic! Pesimo servicio al cliente las veces que e hido ni te preguntan si te pueden ayudar en algo o preguntas por algo y ni te contestan y a uno de hispano lo ven raro como si nuestro dinero no valiera deben de capacitar asu personal.

Very disappointed in this store. I was in there today.Looking for a pair of women's work boots and was unsuccessful. I could not find anyone to assist me .i when it came to asking for help, I the answers saying I don't work in the shoe department.

Loved the store until the employee at the check out desk shoved my husband's new hat with my new boots and grabbed the cinch shit then shoved it right in. I had to ask for another bag. Definitely need a bit more training.
