No one asked to help us?
I would not even give them one star. The customer service is BEYOND horrible!! My family and I are people of color and wanted to gift my brother boots. The staff did not greet us and constantly followed us around the store. All three of the employees were extremely RUDE!!!!
Wildly offensive atmosphere. Absolutely no greeting or eye contact today by the girl at the register. Older guy, maybe manager, was cold and just watched over us in the next isle. Very DISCRIMINATIVE ATMOSPHERE and uncomfortable attitudes from the employees. TWO WORDS: deliberate BIAS… It was if they wanted us to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. This place is awesome definitely the best country store I've ever shopped at the staff is amazing and friendly and they did a great job cleaning my cowboy hat and helping me pick out a new hat
