Like the lady said in another comment below, most of their employees are rude when their 'real' job is to "help" people and they don't want to do anything but stand around. But, the craziest thing is the sales strategy of Boot Barn, here's the crazy: "It's Texas, it's September, and it's still a 100 degrees, but Boot Barn is crazy enough to think that putting out all long sleeve clothing for winter is acceptable." Great experience at Boot Barn. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for without any hassle. Great selection and excellent customer service. I’ll definitely shop here again.

Just came in for a return, and I was being NICE the sales associate which was a women told me to wait for some one to do the return, she asked If wanted to look around I said not thanks because I was running out of time on my errands. Customer after customer are being rung it wasn’t super busy by the way.
