Very disappointed! I recently visited the Avondale store for some work shoes. Store was a Huge Mess. No organization, workers just joking around amongst themselves no offers to help you. I find a shoe I wanna try and asked if I can try in size 11. Worker says "Yeah they should be on the shelf." Well the shelf all mixed up and Dusted to hell! Finally I find my size and try on. Ok, I walk to the front with one shoe to show worker the shoes id like to buy. She says "Was there not the other shoe with it?" You mean the same dusty... read more
Very filthy store trash everywhere clothes not folded or organized it’s all over the place. boots all over the floor that you trip over them no one offers help employees are just hanging around. My husband left irritated with the condition of the store. Not to mention the condition of the bathrooms I don’t think they have been cleaned since the store was first open so gross
Great prices and selection for Father's Day gift
This place is absolutely the worst Boot Barn I've ever been in. Ive been here a couple of times now. The first time i thought they had a big sale on or they were short staffed as there was clothes all over the place. The second time there were different brands on different racks, no jeans in my size that i could at least find. Not recommended if you have any particular brand or size you want.
