Hat shaper is lazy dosent want to shape a hat cause they close in 3p minutes no one is willing to help you here go somewhere else. I've spent thousands here but never again will I give them a dime
This time around I was slightly disappointed. My family and I went in looking my first hat. My wife and I looked for about 20 minutes alone before she went over and asked for help. We were barely greeted when we walked in and three of the associates were standing by the hat area looking at us. The store was not busy and no one had checked out. The young man that came over after we asked for help, named Kevin, was great, but the three young ladies working that day, were disappointing. Thank you Kevin for your customer service... read more
