My experience with customer service at the cashier is poor. I asked to simple questions and not only did they not have the answer, but they didn’t bother getting me one. Customer service on the floor was better. Quick to help and respectful.

Today, I went to the store to exchange a Wrangler shirt that I purchased last Saturday. I approached the cashier and respectfully explained that I only wanted to exchange it for a smaller size. Unfortunately, I did not have the receipt or the original tags with me. The cashier told me that I needed to speak with the manager.
