I went in there to purchase some perfume that I knew I wanted and found a shirt as well; when I first walked in, nobody greeted me. There were two guys there just talking, so I went up to the cash register, but they kept talking for a good 10 minutes and never asked if I was ready. Their service is horrible and I will never go there again; do they not realize that it is us paying customers who are paying their paychecks? It is sad to say that I left the items on the counter and walked out.
Todd and Whitney are absolutely amazing. The have great customer service and people skill. They were able you order me some boots for work. The got me exactly what I want is it needed. Hi, highly recommend this boot. Just release great two staff members. I got too pleasantly work with. They were so kind and nice.
I went in today. 4-7-26 at 1:30 I was shopping for a pair of boots for myself and my husband, the lady who was working was sitting there shopping for herself. I’m standing at the cash register we made eye contact and she just continued shopping for herself. The Manager I believe was on lunch so I’m gonna just go spend my money at D&B
A little pricey, but you get what you pay for. Good customer service, nice staff.
