Everytime I go to this boot barn everyone is so helpful and happy. Such a great place to come for yourself or presents for others!
The customer service at this store is horrible. They are very disrespectful including the store manager, I will not be going back to that store again people need to be fired.

Will not be going back to this store. Customer service is trash. Went in to refund Or exchange a shirt I had bought for a Christmas party, because it was too small. But was denied. I have a receipt and the bag So I don’t see a problem but all because I didn’t have the tag that came with the shirt they denied me And it was the same employee that sold it to me two days prior to coming in for a refund. Definitely don’t recommend these guys. Garbage.
