Their website says they offer Boots wider than EE but when you get to the store all the people say we've never seen anything wider than a ee wide boot. But we can order some. Im sorry but if you have it on your website at least carry at least one so people with wide feet that already have problems finding boots could at least try something on as a reference or just being able to get a pair of boots and not have to wait 2 weeks to a month
Over priced boots that don’t last a year. Horrible customer service, the cashiers or people that are working stand around gossiping or not near the counter. Didn’t feel welcomed at all. Was extremely rude to me when my child reached out to touch a shirt that was hanging, like I wasn’t paying attention to my child. I walked out without buying anything after that. I will not shop there at all. Used to love their boots and pants but now I’ll take my money elsewhere.
Great service as always, I even got a quick reshaping of my hat.
April was helpful but didn't fold brim after 2 trips coming back. Stood around with other customers trying to pay and the staff was too busy restocking to The staff today stood 6ft from me at counter restacking items after way to long i had to please help me pick up hat. I'm guessing they restock instead of customer service so they don't have to stay later than they're shift. Either way, Boot Barn is losing money because of improper management.
