I like going to this place with my father this is where I take him to get his boots absolutely love the customer service for the most part the only thing I do wish they had more Styles and different brands but I guess for Cowboys they got what you're looking for
I absolutely love this store, been about a year since I came to this particular location, it’s a good store it’s just that I felt like customer service was just not it today, usually I’ll have the workers approach me and ask if I need help with anything, ok no big deal, it didn’t happen here, I had to go fetch someone, the store was definitely not busy either so I don’t want to hear it lol, but what really erked me was when I was talking to the employees, No enthusiasm, No smiles, It was like talking to someone who didn’t ca... read more
