I stopped by to have the brim of my hat flattened a little bit and Justin, the store manager took great care of me! He was able to answer all of my hat questions and boot questions I had. Excellent customer service. Will be back and I hope Justin will be there.
The employees watched us like we were robbing the store. It was an awful way to shop. From one business to another that's not how you get us to spend our money in your establishment.
I typically buy things online but when I do go in store, this is my go to boot barn. The people are great and I love the items they have in stock.
