They had the work boot I wanted and the staff is great!
I don’t know if I’ve ever left a bad review - but my experience in this boot barn and with their manager was one of the worst interactions I’ve had. I needed to exchange a gift purchased online - and they told me they couldn’t do what boot barn corporate had recommended I do, when I had called and explained the situation over the phone. Management wasn’t just unwilling - but they were quite heated about it. When I first started going here 2 1/2 yrs ago it was awesome and the staff use to be helpful and polite. However all that's changed in the last 10 months or so I don't know what happened but the the manager's are very rude, and don't want to do thier jobs. You can't get any help unless you hunt for someone then they act like your cutting in on thier break time. I'm tired of going through this everytime we go there so from here on out we literally will go across the highway to Cavendar's.
