When I first started going here 2 1/2 yrs ago it was awesome and the staff use to be helpful and polite. However all that's changed in the last 10 months or so I don't know what happened but the the manager's are very rude, and don't want to do thier jobs. You can't get any help unless you hunt for someone then they act like your cutting in on thier break time. I'm tired of going through this everytime we go there so from here on out we literally will go across the highway to Cavendar's.
My husband bought a pair of work boots Friday, March 27 at the Boot Barn. The person who waited on us, Becca, was so patient and so kind, and courteous and professional. The store was spotless and well organized. We will definitely recommend to others, and will return.
Great customer service, clean location. I just feel the selection of boots are low style wise
They have a really good selection of cowboy boots! The prices on them are fair as well Lots of cute clothes as well
