I literally helped a customer versus the associates helping others...there was like 10 employees staffed on a day there was little business and only 1 was helping anyone...crazy
I had such a great experience at Boot Barn today thanks to the assistant manager. She was incredibly polite, welcoming, and genuinely bubbly the entire time I was there. You can tell she truly cares about customers and takes pride in her job. She made the whole shopping experience enjoyable and easy, and it’s rare to come across customer service that stands out this much anymore. I really appreciated her kindness and positive attitude, and I think she absolutely deserves recognition for how amazing she is at what she does.
