Customer service is great, there very helpfull
Staff was very helpful. They didn't have the items that I needed, so I ended up having to go to three other stores.
My first experience at the boot barn. Everything was super unorganized. Labels were backwards and product. There was a sign there that said 2 for $80 for jeans, I asked the manager about it and she said it was for jeans $55, no where did it say that, false advertising… better luck on Amazon..
Do not go to this location. I went in person to buy some boots. The shoes I bought wanted was worn and the young man who assisted me told me I can order online. I did the online order with him. I put in my credit card information my total came to $200 and hours apart was a second transaction was another $200 charge. I called and to tell them to fix and they said they can't help me I needed to call customer service. Horrible response from the manager and employees did not care.
