Staff couldn’t even acknowledge my existence while standing in line to call her coworker over to check me out while she was otherwise occupied. Utterly obtuse and totally devoid of customer service 101 skills, I’m voting with my dollars and going to Zappos.
There hat salesman was extremely knowledgeable and worked his tail off to find my son the perfect hat.
The staff was very rude to deal with from the salesman to the manager. I went to exchange pants that I received from my wife for Christmas, I explained that I did not have a receipt but it could be pulled up under my phone number. I picked out the correct size and returned to the register. I was told I owed money for the exchange. The pants I was trying to exchange had the same sticker pice as the new correct sized jeans so I’m not sure where the extra price came from.
