Do not go to this location. I went in person to buy some boots. The shoes I bought wanted was worn and the young man who assisted me told me I can order online. I did the online order with him. I put in my credit card information my total came to $200 and hours apart was a second transaction was another $200 charge. I called and to tell them to fix and they said they can't help me I needed to call customer service. Horrible response from the manager and employees did not care.
The customer service is poor and the easy exchange or refund is a joke. The manager working at 530p 12-17-25 refused to help even though we had receipt. The boots we purchased 3 weeks ago and the seem started pulling apart , they should take pride in the products they sell instead of being rude and think it’s they’re boot barn money! Customer Service should be number one no matter what! Finding another place to shop Makes me angry I just spent $350 the other day!
