Went in this evening for the first time super excited to see the new store asked about options on Cowgirl hats for women and I was told to walk through the store and look myself. Customer Service not very good. All three staff were at the register the entire time visiting, not helping.
The store was clean 1st thing I noticed, 2nd thing I noticed the workers were not nice they were no help to us at all. They didn’t welcome us to their store. We went in there to look for boots and a set of clothes for my grandson the workers didn’t even come near us to help. So we just left, I wouldn’t recommend shopping at this location. No thank you but we are definitely going to Alb boot barn.
Went for boots, had a severely limited selection in my size (mens 14). Wanted a hat, had nothing in my size. Decided to look at shirts but again had nothing for a tall man. Then to top it off their restrooms (both of them, unisex) are employee only. Total waste of time. If you are going to charge $150 for a pair of boots at least provide restroom amenities for the customers.
