Me encantó la tienda es divinamente hermosa😍 el único problema es el servicio al cliente nadie te ayuda y aparte de todo te atienden con mala cara como si les estuvieras pidiendo regalado.. 😒

Read the reviews before I went and I expected horrible customer service. But other than the workers in the cowboy hat section looking miserable and glaring at us the whole time not saying anything, the customer service was great. We were greeted kindly and the cashier was very nice and helpful. Other than customer service, the store is AMAZING, it’s huge, clean, organized and such an amazing collection.

The new location is really beautiful inside! It's It's very large and has a lot to offer! Once you walk in there is someone to greet you and help you! I do appreciate that! Unfortunately it had to return some boots and we found something different! The staff was amazing except the manager! I'm not sure what his name is but he has glasses tall, dark hair! He is quiet and a little rude! His demeanor seems like he feels bothered and entitled! Definitely was uncomfortable exchanging an item!
