I had an outstanding experience at the Boot Barn in tracy thanks to Samantha. I originally called Boot Barn’s customer service line because I had three pairs of Ariat jeans that I received as Christmas gifts back in December. Since then, I’ve lost a significant amount of weight and went from wearing a 40x32 to a 30x32, so the jeans no longer fit. I don't usually do this but I spent a lot of money worst customer service I would talk to her and she would ignore me,if I wasn't so pressed for time I would have went somewhere else not to mention the boots I bought I looked them up on line they are 40$ cheaper
