I was super excited to come to boot barn to find an outfit for my birthday. I wanted to get cowboy cut jeans, a shirt, a belt, and get fitted for a Stetson hat. I walked around the store for about 30 minutes and nobody came to ask me if I needed help with anything. I called the store because my boots the stitching came off by itself. Keep in mind I’ve worn my boots less then 10 times and it’s way less then a year. The manager said to bring it in and to determine if it was wear in tear or a malfunction on the brand. If it’s a malfunction they would swap them out with new ones. I drive all the way for them to look at them and they said I can’t replace the boots. Due to wear and tear.
