They treat every customer like a potential thief. Act like they're helping you but they really aren't. I have been shopping at the store for over 10 years and it still has not changed, even though I try to give it the benefit of a doubt when they hire new people. But it must be their training policy. Lost weight so I was there to exchange a pair of new ranglers for a smaller pair, you'd think i was trying to get over on the gal at the register. Take it easy on "your valued customer " I still get a Christmas card and gift card from your owner!!!
