I visited the 16th Ave and ajo location at about 5:45 pm. I checked your inventory before arriving, and had in stock the boots I wanted. I asked for assistance to locate the type of boots I wanted. The young gentleman first indicated boot barn only had one pair, then 1 minute later he said I would have to order on line due to boot barn not having the type of boot I requested.
