I love this location. Today I came in to get jeans for my sons. Gavin was very helpful. He helped us the entire time. He had a very positive attitude. Thank you Gavin for all of your help.
Boot Barn in Tucson is an absolute must-visit for anyone looking for authentic Western wear or durable work apparel. Beyond just their incredible selection of boots, I'm always impressed by the quality and variety of their jeans, shirts, and accessories. The store has a great atmosphere that truly embodies the Western spirit, and the staff are consistently friendly and helpful, making it easy to find exactly what you need, whether for work or play.
While I waited very patiently two of the bigger female workers were Very unprofessional and moved with no sense of urgency while making everyone wait. The old lady cheila did a million things before actually helping me take care of a simple exchange and transaction before and during the purchase. She Tried killing me with kindness. I Thought that was pretty funny though. Can’t wait for Cavenders to open.
Hit or miss selection, staff not very enthused about helping customers.
