My first time there and I really enjoyed and like the place very much I'm going back soon to spend more money . The customer service was outstanding I bought my first pair of Cody James boots . Going back to get the hat belt Yellowstone cologne and lastly a buckle
I ordered a pair of boots "ship to store" because I was afraid the boots would not fit. They did not. The guy working the counter was very friendly and helpful returning my purchase and ordering the next size up. I'd forgotten my reading glasses at home so I was a little bit of a challenge, but he was cool about it. My only complaint was that they did not carry any motorcycle boots.

I ordered a pair of insulated bibs to be delivery to the store that I needed asap. I got the notification that they were delivered and I went to pick them up. Kiera and Bri were insanely helpful searching all over the place trying to find them before we came to the conclusion that my bibs were stolen/lost during transit which is very uncommon. Kiera and Bri provided excellent customer service and got everything squared away for me in a timely manner. Slight inconvenience (not boot barns fault) but those two ladies went above... read more
