Went in to exchange a belt that was too small that I got for my birthday, was close to the 60 day return policy period. Went to the front counter 2 ladies helped me. They got a couple belts for me to try on. They didn't have the one I wanted. So they ordered it, it will be there in a couple of days, and I will have my daughter pick it up. No fuss, no BS just helpful friendly customer service. Thank you🙂
I wish they wouldn’t breathe down your neck and follow you all over the store. LET PEOPLE SHOP IN PEACE! If we need help, we will ask. We don’t need you following us 3 paces behind the whole time we look around.
My first time there and I really enjoyed and like the place very much I'm going back soon to spend more money . The customer service was outstanding I bought my first pair of Cody James boots . Going back to get the hat belt Yellowstone cologne and lastly a buckle
I ordered a pair of boots "ship to store" because I was afraid the boots would not fit. They did not. The guy working the counter was very friendly and helpful returning my purchase and ordering the next size up. I'd forgotten my reading glasses at home so I was a little bit of a challenge, but he was cool about it. My only complaint was that they did not carry any motorcycle boots.
