Good boot selections customer service was great they made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted
I recently visited the Boot Barn in Columbus, GA (Whittlesey) to buy cowboy boots for my grandbaby. When I walked in, I saw four people standing around talking, and there were only a few customers in the store. I walked through the store, clearly looking for something, but no one greeted me or asked if I needed help. I spent around 15 minutes in the boots section and still didn’t get any assistance. Nice selection but the customer service sucks. I had to ask several times for help and once I received the assistance - the attitude was horrible. I knew exactly what I came into the store for but the representatives did not attempt to find the item in the system. I ended up leaving and talk to a representative online. I placed a pick up order and picked up my item within the hour. When I walked back in the representative were laughing with looks to be her friends because no way they were just customers relaxing.
