We had pulled 2 pairs of jeans from the buy one get one rack. Get to the cashier and he rings us up and says no they will only be a percentage off price. False advertisement and that wouldnt be considered buy one get one. We wont be back to this bootbarn.
I took two hats to the Selma Boot Barn on 4/14 to be reshaped for a funeral on 4/21. They asked to keep them for a few days due to high demand, which I agreed to. However, they never called me. I ended up calling them the day of the funeral, and while the girl apologized for the delay, it was already cutting it way too close. The biggest issue is the workmanship.
