I have been a regular at this bar for years and as a non white women I’ve tolerated a lot racism, but tonight was the last straw for me, I watched 2 patrons do the NAZI salute and when I complained to the MOD Jeff he decided that a confession was ok and they could leave on their own terms. This made me incredibly furious and uncomfortable, Jeff and possibly other managers would never protect me or any non- white patron at this bar when racism is involved. All non-white patrons be careful while visiting this place.
Came here from out of town and me and my husband and kids stopped by. The staff were very generous and easy going. They made us feel welcomed! Everything was well organized and was clean!
Other than 1 customer service associate thst actually cares about helping customers, the rest of the employees and managers have a "could care less" attitude, are unfriendly, unhelpful and really don't care about customer's time. Had to make repeated trips to this store, which is well out of my way, due to their online ordering errors and refund procedures which is not my issue. No apologies whatsoever; just a smug facial expression as I walked out of thr store frustrated and disappointed.👎
