Do NOT GO HERE! WE WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! My son bought a pair of work boots, came home, tried them on in front of me IN MY HOUSE. 150.00 dollar pair, he went to return them two days later, never wore them outside I know for a fact and the lady REFUSED to let him return them because she claimed they were worn even when he told her her did not where them anywhere but the store and home. Savanah was such a great help! I was a hassle of a customer but she was able to help me process a return so that I could use a coupon I had forgotten about. Bri also helped us with fitting. Great experience and even better customer service to these two!
Went in to ask if I could get my straw hat shaped (just the front where it got bent). Employee told me boot barn doesn’t shape straw. According to the website, select stores do, and I told her that. She told me “Shaping straw hats aren’t a thing and we don’t do them here” and walked away from me. Better customer service and maybe having employees that are aware of what service the company they’re working for offers? Just a thought. She was in a rush to get outside for her cigarette smoke break though.
