When it comes to shaping the brim of your hats I highly recommend NOT taking them to this boot barn. They had my hats for multiple days and when I went to pick them up they were terrible. Not even or centered. No clue why they thought that was acceptable to give back to a customer with how obvious it was. If you don’t actually have certified people to do the job then don’t do it or if they are certified to do it they need to practice on hats that are not the customers.

I applied to work at this boot barn for which i did get an interview for. The manager who interviewed me for that first initial interview was the most funny and relatable person ever and made me feel so welcomed her name is Lauren. However, I did get called back for a second interview with the general manager. I had such a great experience at Boot Barn! Alexia went above and beyond to help me find the perfect jeans when she noticed I was struggling. She asked all the right questions, was incredibly kind, and made the whole process so much easier. On top of the amazing customer service, I love their selection of boots and clothes—there’s always something great to find! I’ll definitely be back!

This is an affordable place to get your “western” goin. Definitely glad we have a location here. Walk in a dud, walk out a stud. Excellent customer service and wide ranging selection make this place a top 10 in town. Good loyalty program, and item choices beyond the scope of “western” as well. They also steam hats! Additionally, you can stop in for lunch at one of the many options within walking distance to this stellar location!
