I had a very disappointing experience with Joani. The level of customer service was far below what I expected. Throughout our interaction, she came across as rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, making it difficult to communicate or resolve my concerns. A positive customer experience starts with respect and courtesy, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking.
