Other than 1 customer service associate thst actually cares about helping customers, the rest of the employees and managers have a "could care less" attitude, are unfriendly, unhelpful and really don't care about customer's time. Had to make repeated trips to this store, which is well out of my way, due to their online ordering errors and refund procedures which is not my issue. No apologies whatsoever; just a smug facial expression as I walked out of thr store frustrated and disappointed.👎
Good selection of men's shirts, but they don't carry Levi's, hence the low(er) star rating.
Friendly staff, great selection, and so far the boots I purchased have held up nice.
