Use to love this place. They have a very big selection but unfortunately not much that fits me.
Horrible customer service. Nobody seems to work there. They have the audacity at check out to ask if anyone helped you while you were searching the disorganized shelves trying to find what you are looking for. The manager Austin is absolutely terrible. Had a specific issue and was told, “that’s not my problem, you need to call customer service”. All this while walking a big German shepherd (not a service animal) around tied to his belt loop. I will not spend a dime in this store again. Joke of an establishment.
My daughter loves her new boots! The staff was very friendly and helpful.
