Today I came to the Boot Barn I was greeted by maressa she not only shaped my felt hat but gave me tons of information about how to maintain and keep my sombreros looking Sharp. From what chemicals to use and brushes to use thank you so much Boot Barn for having such an amazing employee I recommend anyone with the sombrero problem that needs reshaping or needs knowledge to keep their hats looking sharp come by Boot Barn and ask for maressa. I recently shopped at the Rosenberg location for the first time and had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and I had no issues during my visit. They also recommended that I sign up for Boot Barn rewards.
The service is terrible. Too many little girls working there with attitudes. Me and my wife were shopping around. We had our baby in the stroller mind you my child is one year and two months. She was sound asleep in the stroller and the workers just kept walking by eyeing our stroller. I tried to think nothing of it or at least try to understand their point of view. So l ignored it and continued to shop around. It was just a really intense and suspicious environment to be in. Being at any boot barn it's almost like a getaway... read more
