Always been a big fan of Bootbarn. Great selection and great products. This time around, we struggled with the customer service. Friendly? Yes. Helpful? Not at all. Asked a few questions about a pair of boots and didn't get an answer. Turned around looking for them to get the answer and they were gone helping another customer.
