Went here to shop for my first pair of boots. The store is clean and well organized with so many cute options. I found a pair I loved and ended up ordering the wide version online and it sadly didn’t fit right. I came in to see about exchanging them (which was so easy) and when we asked for help we were all happily greeted by Jeff. He was very knowledgeable about the products and asked me multiple questions about how the boots were fitting in the new size and it made me feel confident in my purchases. I checked all the blue Barnes from Google they said they're all closed soon
Came for a gift card and to look around. Even though I was not greeted until I was at the counter, Morgan, was really nice and saved this review. Great customer service! Very friendly. Will return!
Store was very nice and well kept in organized. Seem to have a very large selection of clothing and shoes. I was in the store for about 10 minutes and never saw one person and was not greeted either.
