Nice store but the people that work there are not the most welcoming. They see one another struggling and they won't even help each other, so don't expect they'll help you.
Store is nice and clean, has that good “leather smell” to it. The staff is friendly but not accommodating. I spent 10 minutes looking for boots, found some that would work for me, and proceeded to checkout. Stood there for 3 to 4 minutes without anyone addressing me whatsoever, so I set the boots on the counter and walked out. As I was holding the door for my wife, a girl asked if we found everything alright. I smile and we left. Headed to Amazon where I get the same quality of assistance, only a lot less $$$.
