Store was very nice and well kept in organized. Seem to have a very large selection of clothing and shoes. I was in the store for about 10 minutes and never saw one person and was not greeted either.
Clean helpful staff love the smell of leather
WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE! I was looking forward to buying a Stetson to wear last night. I was helped by the STORE MANAGER who was an absolute tragic excuse of someone who works in retail. I asked about sizing, ect - she said “put it on your head & if it falls off, it’s too big.” I picked out the hat after picking through several stacks ($350 hats just thrown on a wall!!) & asked if she could fit it and steam. We came to this store because we were recommended. We find the boots we came for and ask for the right size in time before closing and LISA would not exchange our boots knowing she sold us the wrong size when we stated the correct we came back to switch but she would not switch when we are not even from here. We will not recommend people to this store and I have 2,000 people that shop in the same line of clothes and this will not be where we come because of LISA thank you boot barn
