I was blown away by how helpful the staff was! My preteen is just starting to get picky with clothes so we were trying on clothes for what seemed like forever. The staff was happy to search in the back for different sizing and offer up solutions. You just don’t see customer service like that anymore.

The staff get in your way more than anything. You can’t look because they are either in the way or in your business. I was trying to find women’s FR clothes for me for work and they do not sell women’s FR here. They barely had any work clothes/FR period.

Large selection of boots and Western clothing. Would have given 5 stars however there was too much customer service. Yes there is a point of too much. As my boyfriend was trying on boots we were sitting in the same area going through them. 4 times in 15 minutes we were asked if everything was okay. One of those times the guy just stood there and awkwardly watched as he tried the boots on. It was very off putting.
