Store manager (maybe Lizzie, started with an L older lady) was very rude and me and my dad almost felt racially profiled. We came to exchange some boots that he had already been told by previous stores had a recall on and would do an automatic exchange no questions asked. The people were very nice. Prices were a little expensive, but we found what we came for.
Great customer service, great selection of clothes, hats, and of course boots, also has fitting rooms!
Great place to buy clothes and boots
So to be honest I did not know this store was in Lexington as I love 2.5 hours away. So we have no boot stores near us I drove to the "boot store" awful experience the dude said he always shows the expensive boots first and got mad because I was interested in a different pair that was cheaper I guess because I didn't want a pair of boots that was a bright color of the rainbow I wanted a brown distress looking square toe boot.
