Apparently they don’t keep any boots in a stockroom so you have to purchase boots that are on the shelf that other folks have tried on, walked around in and stretched out, sad

Wow! What a crazy difference between this store and the Waco store. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and genuine help. I was looking for a new pair of boots for an upcoming country concert, and the staff helped me find the perfect fit that was both stylish and comfortable. They even suggested a cute denim jacket and hat to complete the look. I left feeling confident and country-ready
