Wow! What a crazy difference between this store and the Waco store. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and genuine help. I was looking for a new pair of boots for an upcoming country concert, and the staff helped me find the perfect fit that was both stylish and comfortable. They even suggested a cute denim jacket and hat to complete the look. I left feeling confident and country-ready
Watch out when you go to this Boot barn in Temple there is a grumpy old man nit-picking the customers which made our shopping experience very uncomfortable. This guy walks around with an angry annoyed face and was mean mugging my kids just for them being kids. He even blabbed out something to them. We decided to immediately leave the store and went to Cavenders across the street found a pair of nice boots which were much cheaper and better.
