Came into this location on Raintree. Walked in and wasn’t greeted at all. A young man with a mullet and elder women with short grey hair - kept on chattin’ nonstop, until a blonde women walked in, she was greeted with a bubbly “Hi welcome in” as I patiently waited by the hats, I wanted to inquire on the clean and brim adjustments to my hat that I bought at a BB, but wasn’t greeted nor was acknowledged. The staff here is the best!! They even jumped my truck when the battery died! They definitely go above and beyond for their customers! 🤠
Been here multiple time but had some new girl on the floor, she was the roughest and had the worse attitude possible. I can say I would drive to a farther one then come to this one anytime soon. I asked one question and the women gave me annoyed look and an sarcastic response if you didn’t want to work in retail then go work in a warehouse.
Spend $300 on a shirt and boots, boots are not comfortable, comeback the very next day to EXCHANGE them and told they look worn. Awesome guest experience. Only takes one bad experience for me.
