My son went in and bought a different pair of boots after 2 weeks of wearing them they were giving him blisters and went in to see if they could get him a different pair and size (they did not size him properly to begin with) and they said get different socks and sent us on our way so DO NOT buy anything from the St Cloud Mn boot Barn they do not stand behind there products!!! I do not believe in bashing a business unless they have it coming But they do in this case
The sales people are way too pushy here. Learn social cues and give people some room...cheesus!
I came to Boot Barn to look for work shoes. I was asked once if I needed help, I explained that I needed a work boot, explained that I wear a 8.5 wide in women's. He said they didn't have much, and walked away. My husband and I ended up finding a men's 7.5 wide boots. They staff made me feel like I was a thief, I worklong days as rural carrier and I am not always dressed in my Sunday best. I love the clothes but You only carry sizes for small women.
