I shop at this store all the time. I will never be back to this store again. Waiting outside for the store to open so I can buy a couple of pair of boots and at least 6 pairs of jeans and some shirts but the staff decided to just be smug and post a note on the door that they are delaying opening for an hour due to them having to stock inventory. No conversation, no apologies, just a smug look as you post the note on the door. Wonder if corporate is aware that you can’t stock during non operational hours. Ridiculous!!!

Waiting for store to open for about 10 minutes outside. An associate slyly comes and puts up a sign the they are closed for inventory until 12pm. NOT COOL! He could’ve had some customer service skill and addressed those waiting outside! You just lost business!

Visited today ready to spend serious cash after saving up for new outfits for the new year. I was never greeted, nor acknowledged, and I felt completely overlooked. I wandered the store, found the fitting room on my own, and checked out with just one pair of jeans. Big missed sales opportunity and a disappointing experience. Other locations are much more welcoming and attentive.
