I walked in, wasn't greeted, looked at hats, no one asked me if i needed help. I walked out. The hats weren't bad but nothing i liked or for the price. Better options in town
Terrible customer service! Had a pair of Cody James jeans that I received as a Christmas gift rip clean down the middle seam… So I went into the store hopeful that they could do something to help out with my situation and all I got was attitude from the two girls working the desk. They told me I should’ve kept the receipt (even though I already explained they were a gift) and acted like I was dumb because “It’s February and Christmas was a long time ago” as if I should be okay with jeans only lasting 6 weeks, having only bee... read more
