It's very nice inside, and that wonderful smell of leather just adds to the atmosphere. Your greeted as soon as you walk in. Customer service is great, all my questions were answered and especially about what's on sale and where to find deals for those who look for them, like me. Bought a very nice jaen aldean cowboy hat and Ariat boots. Im looking good thanks to Ari who helped me during my visit. Very clean

Please don’t waste your time going to boot barn in Victorville! The workers don’t greet you coming in, and they surely don’t ask if you need any help when you’re clearly standing there waiting for help! Then, instead of taking you to where the item is, they simply point you in the direction, and I guess, hope you find it! Customer service is clearly not a top priority!
