Friendly helpful staff. Limited selection in my size. Even online. The staff really tried though. At least I found boots (Idyllwind Charmed Life) I liked and the right size to get them in. They just didn't have my size in the color (black), I wanted. But still very helpful. I ended up buying my first cowboy hat (Cody James). They took the time to ensure a good fit.
