Kenny, the salesman, is really great. I bought two pairs of work boots and one pair of ostrich boots. They have a lot there, but they ordered one pair, and i received it within a week. Very nice and professional sales clerks.
Clean and organized but employees were not friendly, felt like me and my friend were being judged the whole time.
Rude staff I went in there today for the first time and none of the staff asked me if there's anything particular that I was looking for on the ariat jeans in sizes that I wanted 2 Hispanic girls just stood there didn't even really help one of them had a messed up rude look on their face and they had one dude that had a hat working with them he seemed a little bit kind of rude like if he didn't want to do his job by having a rude look on his face all 3 staff that were there seemed like they had some kind of bad attitude

I guess the boot barn in Athens doesn’t want your business. This is the second time I’ve been in there, hoping to buy a hat and some boots and all they can do is chat amongst themselves. Nobody came to help me though I was in the store for 30 minutes
