Good return experience: Returned a pair of boots we bought two weeks prior for our pre-school granddaughter. The boot soles, etc. were still all in great shape, but glitter that covered the in-step was significantly worn. The store manager quickly explained the exchange process, and we were in and out in less than fifteen minutes.
So…I had an issue with my account my account, and when I called Boot Barn, I thought I was calling Jacksonville Fl (As I live in GA). But instead I called Jacksonville NC, and I’m glad I did! I had the pleasure of speaking to Paige! She made me feel very welcoming and she was so friendly and polite. She fixed my issue with my account.
