Welcoming person at the front door was awesome. She helped with an online return that we brought to the store and then helped my wife find an acceptable replacement. Excellent customer service from all employees. We definitely look forward to a Boot Barn opening in Wilmington.
People were great in here. Enjoyable just walking in.
Little pricey, but great place to shop. Nice staff. Smells like leather, which is good.
First-time visit, employees are friendly and knowledgeable, there is a great display and organization of merchandise.
