The experience here was fantastic. I never have owned a pair of boots and didn’t know anything about boots or how they should fit or how the jeans should fit with them . Well. Ashley fixed all the that. She was like my personal assistant and even tolerated me going through 20 pair of boots. She is the best. Seek Ashley out when you go there and you won’t be disappointed. Zero (0) customer service!! My wife and I walked into this store, no "hello", "howdy", "welcome to Boot Barn", "is there anything I can help you with", nothing!!! No greeting from any employee!! Picked up a hat to look at, and one of the female employees said, "those hats belong to customers". No "oh, let me show you where those types of hats are" or anything., just kept walking on!!!
