My niece went to return her boots because they gave her two left boots and the associate was rude and wanted to sell her the pair of dirty boots that the customers had been trying on out on the shelves. The boots she was getting was a pair of light blue boots so obviously they were dirty and obviously could tell. She knows to never buy the try on store boots. This was my first time shopping at the Boot Barn, I was looking for a pair of low-cut oil resistant boots for working in a auto shop with fire resistant Boot laces. Mia started helping me right away but she got busy and she sent me another wonderful salesperson to help me which her name was Mandi,she was very knowledgeable and polite and had a addictive accent that was pure country.
