On June 28 at about 3:30pm, I was going to buy some boots at the Williston Boot Barn location. A young male cashier wearing a cowboy hat said "naw we don't do that" when I asked if I can charge $200 to my corporate credit card and put the remaining amount on my personal credit card even though the Boot Barn in every other state I've been to has always allowed myself and co-workers to do that. The Williston Bootbarn is a joke and a waste of money. Their products are getting lower in quality and staff is unhelpful even when you have letters and receipts from corporate. Save your money and time and order online from somewhere else or shop elsewhere. Boots weren't even 30 days old and they fell apart.
Several empty shelves. Good customer service. Friendly and helpful.
We purchased $70 jeans. Not once did one of the many employees come and ask if we needed help. At least not until we were on our way to the register and had our purchase ready to go. The employee at the register had to be barely 18. Had no customer service skills. Did not spell any of my information correctly and just did not even seem to know what he was doing.
