Danielle the manager was amazing! Super helpful and kind. She was quick and efficient to get us paid out, rewards put in, and make sure the sale items got rang in right. One of the best kept Boot Barn locations, organized, and clean!

I give one star. I used to give 5 stars. But what I just felt with is insane in Clarksville Indiana. I’ve came to this store for years and never had any problems with exchanging anything. For example boots, pants, shirts ext. I just had an awful encounter with an employee. Wouldn’t exchange my pants where the button feel off. Said that they were the old style of jeans and can’t warranty that. And my $300.00 Thororgood boots that I bought less than a year ago, the stitching on the back just busted but they only offer a 30 day... read more
