High prices, low variety. Everything looked the same. Every boot was at least $150/pair. This is nothing more than an Amazon store on steroids. Even if I have to return a pair or 2 with Amazon, at least I can find what I want for a far better price.
They have boots for literally any occasion!!!! I was sooooooo impressed with everything they have here!!!!
Service was terrible. Told my husband they didn't carry 1/2 sizes. The lady was so rude. He seen a half size and then told my husband to just look around for them. I order FRCs from boot barn for work employees and this was the first time we have ever had a problem. Manager needs to do better training with employees.
Nice services and lots of variety boots look for
Store is nice and clean, just really tired of the lack of selection when it comes to women's work boots. Heaven forbid I want FR clothes! Otherwise its fine.
