Great place for boots and workwear
First time at boot barn and my sales associate was very helpful!!! After she helped me decide on a pair of boots and I’m driving home I realized they gave me the pair of boots off the display that 20 people had their feet in that day.. so I got home and pulled the boots out and they are scuffed and smudged all the way around yet I paid full price.. I called and asked to exchange for a new pair in the back and the gentleman told me they don’t have boots in the back 🤔
I had a terrible experience with the manager at this location. I ordered online and set this as my pick-up location. I called one day to see if they had arrived (the shipping website said they had), someone answered the phone and said very angrily that I would get a call when they were ready, like I was supposed to know that already. The next day I get an email that they had arrived and I was in the area and thought I'd go ahead and grab them. When I asked, the manager said, "well did you get a call?"
