I bought a pair of Timberland work boots and after two months the back of the boot fell apart. I took the boots back with the receipt and asked if they do warranty exchanges and they said yes they gave me credit for the full amount of the old boots towards New boots. I am very happy with the service and the staffing.
Great staff
The guy helping me on the floor was awesome. We were trying to figure out my hat size etc. We didn't find one in my size. So I got an awesome belt and jeans! The cashier guy sucked!! I was getting frustrated. I had gift cards from my kids and cashier had little patience and didn't know what he was doing and acted like he did. Earthing else was great.
