Nice selection on clothing and boots. Customer service could improve on floor. Cashiers do an excellent job assisting customers and checking out in a friendly and efficient manner.
Very bad service. We went to buy a hat and when they gave it to us, it wasn’t even clean. For the price they charge, it’s not worth it. We bought it on a Monday and they promised it would be ready in two days because we clearly told them it was for a wedding. It was not ready, and we had to go back several times to ask because they never even called us. The only thing we wanted was for them to change the design on the hat. Shout out to Cruz at this store!! She provided excellent customer service by locating a pair of boots for my daughter. The boots were unavailable at the store but she took the time to locate them at another store. She made the whole process seamless and stress-free!! We will be back because of Cruz's great customer service!!
I asked one of the workers for help and she said she would help me in a moment later I found out she was chatting with her other co workers I was waiting patiently too
