Very bad service. We went to buy a hat and when they gave it to us, it wasn’t even clean. For the price they charge, it’s not worth it. We bought it on a Monday and they promised it would be ready in two days because we clearly told them it was for a wedding. It was not ready, and we had to go back several times to ask because they never even called us. The only thing we wanted was for them to change the design on the hat. Shout out to Cruz at this store!! She provided excellent customer service by locating a pair of boots for my daughter. The boots were unavailable at the store but she took the time to locate them at another store. She made the whole process seamless and stress-free!! We will be back because of Cruz's great customer service!!

I bought a pair of Timberland work boots and after two months the back of the boot fell apart. I took the boots back with the receipt and asked if they do warranty exchanges and they said yes they gave me credit for the full amount of the old boots towards New boots. I am very happy with the service and the staffing.
