The staff there are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the products available. Highest possible recommendation. Unfortunately companies run like this one are becoming increasingly rare these days, so it is really important to give the few who remember how to run a store, like Boot Barn, as much business as possible.
Horrible. My 6 year old is devastated we picked out boots for her pink sparkly ones and we told the front guys to hold it so we can keep shopping and they sold it to someone else. Won’t be coming back here that’s for sure .
Brett was super helpful to my husband. He helped him find fabulous fitting boots and recommended pants that we ended up buying two of. 10/10
